The Active Alerts Report displays all currently un-resolved alerts with status New, Under Review, and Re-Opened.
This screen is available to Back-Office users based on their permissions level. Information displayed on this screen depends on the Service Provider the user belongs to.

Use the filter to display alert categories for the specific Operator/Service Provider/Platform Account/Sub-Account.
