UMS external validation: TransUnion USA new configuration

Several improvements were made for “TransUnion” validation service. Now it is possible to configure the relevant Action for each VantageScore range. 

The Underwriting Management API, Get Validation Results method ,was updated accordingly. For additional information please refer to our Developer Portal.
