Adding Get Collection methods to Management API

The latest update introduces new API methods that enable users to get the list of entities according to the specified request parameters. Were added methods to get the list of:

Operator Managers
Back-Office Users
API Users
Agents
UMS Applications
Templates

These new API methods expand the capabilities of the system, allowing system functionality to be integrated into workflows.
