We’ve implemented updates to Agent access for reports, based on specific roles:
Platform Agents: Platform Agents and similar custom roles now have access to Platform reports (restricted to data aligned with the user’s account permissions).
Service Provider Agents: Service Provider Agents and similar custom roles now have access to both Service Provider and Platform reports (restricted to data aligned with the user’s account permissions).
Additionally, Service Provider Agents can view Platform and Service Provider data on the Management Dashboard.
In addition, access to data in Agent reports has been updated: now to view the data of a specific Agent, users must have role permissions configured for the corresponding Agent role.
This enhancement ensures that access to specific Agent data within reports is aligned with role permissions, maintaining controlled access based on defined role settings.
