Alerts Center Enhancements

Several updates have been made to the placeholders used in Rule configuration, enhancing their functionality and flexibility for better reporting and alerting. 

1. The existing placeholder {{TransactionsDetailsTable}} has been expanded to include additional parameters: 
   • Sub-Account (for Platform Account, Service Provider, and Operator Alerts)
   • Platform Account (for Platform Account, Service Provider, and Operator Alerts)
   • Service Provider (only for Operator Alerts)
2. A new placeholder {{ChargebacksTable}} has been added. The new placeholder includes the following parameters:
   • Transaction Id 
   • Merchant Transaction Id 
   • Processor Transaction Id 
   • System Date 
   • Merchant Date 
   • Transaction Type 
   • Payment Method 
   • CC/Account Number 
   • CC Expiration Date 
   • Transaction Amount 
   • Currency 
   • Transaction Status 
   • CHB/Retrieval Reason Code 
   • CHB/Retrieval Reason Description
