Actions at Entities and Banks Validation by External Services

When configuring success or failure scores for entities validation or configuring validation method for banks validation by external services, the Users can now choose a new type of actions called Manual Review. 

In addition, the Action phrase “Take No Action” has been renamed to “Ignore.”
