System enhancements
- In the Back-Office, a new column “Id” with User Id was added to the main grid of pages Agents, Operators Managers, Back-Office Users and API Users.
- Export functionality to Excel and CSV formats has been introduced to the Back-Office pages Operators Managers, Back-Office Users and API Users.
