Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication – This security feature has been added to protect the user’s personal account information. Configuration of the MFA requires a user to provide two pieces of criteria to prove their identity. First, the user logs in to the Back-Office with his username and password. Second the user confirms the login via the Duo Mobile application.

In case the user changes his mobile device, he has an ability to connect his new device to Duo and continue using a second-factor Authentication feature.
