Adding BuyRate and Split capabilities to Scheduled fees

We’ve introduced the ability to specify split and buyrate portions of the scheduled fee’s total amount, enabling flexible allocation to different fee targets. These settings can be defined in BackOffice and Management API, providing you with granular control over your fees.

Split and Buyrate for Scheduled fees can be defined in BackOffice and Management API (via Get/POST/PUT methods).
