External Cost Flag in Fee Reports

A new External Cost flag has been added to the following reports:

• Expected Future Revenue
• Commissions And Fees

The flag marks a fee as an external cost for the entity that receives it, making it easy to tell which fees represent an external cost rather than internal revenue.

Changes affect:

• Back-Office — the External Cost flag is displayed in the report sub-grid, and a new External Cost filter is available on the Fee Details filter tab.
• Report exports — the flag is included in both the Itemized and Summarized export views.
• Reports API — External Cost is supported both as a request parameter, allowing the report to be filtered by external cost, and as a response parameter. For more details, please refer to our Developer Portal.
