Alerts Center improvements

The Alerts Center has been enhanced to simplify navigation and management of alerts and offer more flexible configuration options for Rules, allowing users to tailor alerts to their needs. 

  • When creating a Query, it is now possible to set new transaction properties: Transaction – Processor Error Code and Transaction – CHB/Retrieval Reason Code. 
  • The structure of the Alert Management page has been updated: Sub-Accounts are now displayed at the first level, while subsequent levels show Categories and Rules available for the selected Sub-Account. 

  • Pages Active Alerts and Resolved Alerts have been merged into a single page named Alerts. 
  • A new Placeholder {{RuleReportLink}} has been introduced to insert a link to the report in the appropriate location in the Notification text. 
  • The existing Placeholder {{TransactionsDetailsTable}} has been extended to include more comprehensive information about transactions. 
  • When adding a Rule, users now have access to new Range options, including: 
    • Last 24 hours 
    • Last 2 days 
    • Last 3 months  
    • Last 6 months 
  • On the Alerts page, the Details sub grid now displays the Notification Subject and Text configured when creating the Rule.
