Reports improvements. Revenue columns

We added new columns: “Revenue Billing Amount”, “Revenue Amount” and “Revenue Percentage“ for the following reports that show the initial amount and percentage before the Fee was split. These new columns were added to the reports in the BackOffice, Reports API and Reports Export (.xlsx/.csv): 

Sub-Account Reports: 

• Fees Summary 
• Incoming Fees 
• Expected Future Revenue 
• Transactions → Applied Fees 
• Reconciliation Records → Applied Fees 

Entity Reports: 

• Commissions and Fees 
• Expected Future Revenue
