When changing a Sub-Account status to Funds hold, this will automatically change the Payout configuration of this subaccount to “Two Step Approval”, meaning that payouts will only be processed after manual intervention from an allowed user The aim of the “Funds Hold” status is to manage and review payout details if required according to the Payout reject code returned by the Payout Processor. During this status, the account remains active for processing Credit Card transactions but requires manual approval for payouts. It is possible to change the status to “Funds Hold” via a new action in the Back-Office: In addition, a reason about the decision to change status to “Funds Hold” can be added to the pop up displayed when choosing Hold/Release Sub-Account Funds: The reason is displayed when hovering over the ‘Funds Hold’ status: The export functionality to Excel and CSV formats has also been updated with a new parameter, “statusReason.”
