Processing and Reconciliation Enhancements

Fiserv Rejected Payout Status Reconciliation

Automatic change of payout status into “Rejected By Processor” applied in the System if a payout was marked as rejected in the Fiserv’s side.

How it works:

  • System retrieves rejected payouts in the Fiserv;
  • System reconciles rejected payouts.

Fiserv Credit Card Transaction Reconciliation

Reconciliation of credit card transactions is now supported for the Fiserv processor. Reconciliation results are available in the Reconciliation Records Report.

Fiserv Processing Enhancements

  1. The Order Number sent to Fiserv now contains the last 12 characters of the Amaryllis Transaction ID, instead of the last 15 as previously.
  2. When a transaction is declined, the system now returns the error code and description received from the card association, providing a more precise decline reason.

Representment Import for Stripe

Representments are now imported for transactions processed through Stripe.

This gives a complete view of the dispute lifecycle — from the original chargeback through to its representment — directly in the system.
