The logic in relation to the CIBC payment file generation has been modified. These changes affect the Payout step of each entity and the sub-account wizards by adding additional CIBC parameters such as Dynamic Descriptor. There are additional additions to the Management API specifically related to the Sub-Accounts Management and Platform Accounts Management sections.
